Enrollment Process

When you have been notified that there is an available space in our program for your child, you will receive an Enrollment Packet (see attached).

One week prior to your child’s first day of attendance, all forms must be completed and returned to the Early Childhood office. It is vital that our office be immediately informed of any changes needing to be made on these forms at any time while your child remains enrolled in our program. The above forms are also updated on an annual basis as required by the Department of Human Services.

The center has a non-refundable Enrollment Deposit fee for each child. The infant, toddler, and 2-year-old program deposits will be applied towards your child’s first week’s tuition. Your child’s placement in our center is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
