St. Matthew Elementary School took a major step in moving into the 21st Century. We have purchased the new fitness technology, The Heart Zones System, which is designed to motivate and inspire kids to exercise. It provides real-time feedback using sensors that help engage and motive students to achieve their fitness goals. The wireless system tracks heart rate, steps, calories, distance, time in zones, step rate, and step intensity.
